STAT MED offers sports, school, and camp physicals for children and teens, including high school athletes.

Please bring your child’s participation clearance forms so our providers can complete them at the time of the physical. 

Note: We do not perform annual well-care physical exams.

Yes, we are family-friendly urgent care who treats people of all ages, including babies starting at 6 months of age.

For newborns and infants younger than 6 months, we recommend contacting your pediatrician or visiting the emergency department.

Very experienced. Families across the East Bay and the Tri-Valley have trusted us with their children’s care since we first opened our first clinic in 2013. We hire providers with extensive experience caring for babies, toddlers, children, and teens - and their work with young patients adds to that experience every day.

Yes. Our providers diagnose and treat fevers in children, whether caused by colds, flu, ear infections, or other illnesses.

Yes. We provide same-day care for ear infections and ear pain, including evaluation and treatment to help your child feel better fast.

Yes - and when possible, we offer rapid strep tests, flu tests, COVID-19 testing and RSV testing onsite for children and teens, with results often available during the same visit.

Yes. We diagnose and treat pink eye (conjunctivitis) in children and provide the proper treatment or prescriptions if needed.

Yes. We provide sports and camp physicals and can complete school or athletic clearance forms during the same visit - but parents need to provide the forms.

Yes. All STAT MED Urgent Care clinics have on-site x-ray services.
