COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Process: 3 Steps
Make Vaccine Appointment using STAT MED's Online Portal, then Complete STAT MED Registration.
Once inside STAT MED’s online registration portal, choose your preferred clinic location, then select “COVID Vaccination – Moderna” or “COVID Vaccination – Pfizer” as the reason for visit. Available appointment dates and times will populate. Pick the one that works for you and then complete the STAT MED patient registration.
Look for STAT MED text message with link to California's Vaccination Registration Site.
STAT MED will send you a link to California’s vaccination registration portal, via a text within one business day of your completing the STAT MED Registration. If you have not received your link within 48 hours, please reach out by email.
This link will be specific to you, STAT MED and the date of your appointment.
Complete the California Vaccination Registration Form.
Please select the same appointment time on California’s Vaccination site as you did when you registered at STAT MED, then complete the MyTurn registration.

No walk-ins for COVID vaccines.
All STAT MED clinics offer both the Moderna COVID Vaccination ( 18+ year olds) and the Pfizer COVID Vaccine (5+ year olds). Appointment required. No walk-ins for COVID vaccinations.
Please register at the clinic of your choice. For STAT MED – Concord you will see a choice of registering either for the Moderna or the Pfizer vaccine. You must register for the specific vaccine you want.

You will receive your CDC vaccination card before you leave STAT MED after getting your first shot. Please have it with you when you return for your 2nd shot.
We will book your date and time to return for your second shot while you are at STAT MED for your first shot. This assures that the 2nd shot is given at the recommended interval.
That is 4 weeks after the first Moderna shot and 3 weeks after the first Pfizer shot.
Yes, we can help you with getting your second Moderna or Pfizer shot. Please schedule your appointment on a day 21 days after your first Pfizer shot or 28 days after your first Moderna shot. You will need to have your CDC Vaccination Card with your when you come in for the 2nd shot.

More about STAT MED Urgent Care
STAT MED Urgent Care is a locally-owned network of full-service, walk-in urgent care clinics serving Contra Costa and Alameda County since 2013.
All STAT MED clinics are open 7 days a week (holidays, too!). We offer experienced providers who care for ill or injured patients in a modern setting with private treatment rooms, on-site x-rays and on-site labs. In addition to in-person visits, our providers see patients via visits, too! We also have a dedicated concussion care unit, BrainWaves Concussion Care.
STAT MED – Brentwood is our newest urgent care clinic, opened in early 2021. Other clinic locations are Concord (near Sunvalley Mall), Lafayette and Livermore.
We are in-network with most insurance, including Medicare. In addition, STAT MED is a preferred VA urgent care provider.
NOTE: While COVID vaccinations and COVID testing require appointments, most of our other medical services do not. For those, you can either walk-in or save wait time by registering online before you come in.
